These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nimatype.com (the "Site"), operated by Nimatype LLC ("Nimatype", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
You may browse the Site, explore the Unicode Character Database, read the Learn articles, and purchase or download fonts, subject to these Terms and the EULA. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Creating an account is optional — you can check out as a guest. If you do create one, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at sales@nimatype.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You can sign in with an email/password or with your Google account; either way, the information you provide must be accurate.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. By placing an order, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. Once your download link has been issued, the license terms in our EULA apply to the font files themselves. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
The Site's design, text, graphics, and the Unicode Character Database presentation are owned by Nimatype LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Font Software is licensed separately under the terms of our EULA — purchasing or downloading a font does not grant you any rights in the Site itself. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the Site's content or database without our permission.

The Site links to or relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in and analytics. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties; your use of them is subject to their own terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimatype LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100 if you haven't made a purchase.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Site or close your account at any time by contacting us.
Nimatype LLC is registered in New Jersey, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
