This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Nimatype LLC ("Nimatype", "we", "us") collects when you use nimatype.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the site generally; the license terms that govern the fonts themselves are in our End-User License Agreement.
What we collect depends on how you use the site:

Nimatype uses a small number of cookies to make the site work:

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies; doing so may prevent sign-in, cart, and checkout from working correctly.
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to satisfy our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove your personal information except where we're required to retain order records for those purposes.
You can review and update your name, email, and company at any time from your account settings. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, email sales@nimatype.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA; we'll honor requests consistent with applicable law.
Nimatype is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
